Beyond the Beta

I'm finally in: I got my copy of VS.NET v1, and after a surprisingly smooth upgrade from Beta 2, I updated the Gregor.NET project downloads. I started a brain-stormy introduction to the CodeBuilder application, but once again, I found the sheer amount of what I'd like to talk about just too overwhelming.

With regard to VB.NET material, I made a few additions to the article on changes in VB.NET, mainly focusing on the type system (which is something one could write books about, as it seems). All sample downloads (from the Beta 1/2 timeframe) have been replaced by links to the corresponding Gregor.NET projects.

You'll notice that the menu structure has been reorganized a bit, to reflect changing priorities.
