The Gregor.Lists Project Has Died

Another project done gone! I have moved the remaining collection classes, including those for history management, from Gregor.Lists to Gregor.Core. Besides having discontinued that silly linked lists class (which I hereby euphemistically acknowledge (in a subordinate clause (not that I care (oh, no, I'm over-parenthesizing (is that spelled correctly?))))), all that's changed for existing code is the namespace: it's Gregor.Core.Collections from now on.
